This lower-level renovation of an unfinished basement about doubled the size of the home. This 1,400 SF renovation added an exercise room, 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a storage room, and a large family room to the house for around $74,000 (2024 construction dollars). It was quite an impressive use of resources. The renovation project was completed in about 10 weeks.
